UConn Freshman's Valedictorian Speech Censored

A Vermont high school valedictorian and incoming University of Connecticut freshman wanted to share how Jesus influenced his life when he addressed the school at graduation. When Kyle Gearwar submitted his speech to the school administration, they told him they were not going to allow him to discuss his faith at the ceremony:
